		<description>Studio Ike
Putting the "X" back in "X-Mas", Ike spent the day documenting all of the Xs that were out there to be found, posting them live on Instagram and then collected them into this fun book. The ultimate stocking stuffer for next holiday season.

Ike created this poster for an Artist's show. The simple message is just some sound advise not only for artists and all of us designers but also for people in general. Humility can keep us human.

Ike created the album artwork for the newest album from The Roseline. The album is filled with a melodic, alt-country sound that helped inspire the dreamy visuals and custom typography.

		<description>Studio Ike
There is something very charming about the city of Lawrence, KS. It is something that has been quite surprising and appreciated since coming to visit. From Lawrence With Love is a photography book and an attempt to give something back to this city that has a way of growing on a person. It is a view of Lawrence from a different set of eyes, a new set, seeing things for the first time. Hopefully it will give even the longest term resident a new perspective on some of the character around them.

		<description>Harry and the Potters
Our friend and Musician Paul asked Ike to create a shirt design for their 2011 summer tour. His band is a Harry Potter-themed, high-energy, DIY tour de force that criss crosses the country promoting literacy and positive energy. Ike can easily get behind such a concept and such good, genuine people. We wanted to make a shirt that wasn't typical of something you would see in association with Harry Potter. A straight-forward, mod design with a hint at the Potter world taking shape in the form of a fragmented lightning bolt. We're happy to report that the shirt has sold very well for them.

		<description>Fourth of July
Our second poster, designed and screen printed for the band Fourth of July. This particular show took place on the day that the band is named for. What more patriotic way than to have a geometric bald eagle be the talking head for the show. Go team! Prints are available here.

		<description>Fourth of July
We created some typography for and printed this poster for the band Fourth of July. Black Cat fireworks are a tradition for that particular holiday, and who doesn't like a good cat fight? Prints are available here.

		<description>Salon Pearl
Ike was hired to brand a new, boutique salon, Salon Pearl. The space that the salon occupies is modern, open and spacious. It also sits in the store-front basement of one of the oldest buildings in downtown Lawrence. The identity that was developed carries the same inclinations that the space itself has. Ike has created the logo, business cards, promotional pins, various collateral photography and a mini site for Salon Pearl. This is an ongoing process with a website and other collateral coming in the future. For now we are very pleased with what we've made for them and most importantly, so are the great people at the salon.

		<description>Parcel Magazine
Parcel Magazine is a biannual publication of fictional literature, poetry and art. For the redesign of the magazine they wanted to include an artist print with the magazine, something in the form of a postcard that would be a keepsake from the issue. Studio Ike was asked to create the card for the first issue. Being as how Parcel is a magazine filled with literature, we wanted to develop something that could be more functional than a typical artist's print. Our card is a combination bookmark and reading lamp. The thought is that you can prop the card along side you to help you read in proper light and then use it to keep your place when you are finished. Dual-functioned even if one of the functions is imaginary. We enjoyed the project a great deal and Parcel loved the result which is printed in fluorescent ink. A big thanks to all those at Parcel.
